Super Visa
Long visits, fewer renewals, more time together.
What the Super Visa offers
The Super Visa lets parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents stay up to five years per entry, with validity up to ten years. The host child must meet the income threshold, provide a written invitation, and the applicant needs qualifying medical insurance and an immigration medical exam.
Where applications go wrong
Insufficient proof of the host's income, insurance that doesn't meet IRCC's coverage requirements, and weak ties-to-home evidence are the usual refusal reasons. We check every element against the current requirements before filing.
How we help
Complete applications including the invitation letter, income documentation, insurance review and, if you've been refused before, a rebuilt file that answers the refusal directly.
