Dependent Child Sponsorship
No family should be split across borders.
Who counts as a dependent child
Children under 22 who are not married or in a common-law relationship generally qualify, as do older children who have depended on a parent due to a physical or mental condition since before turning 22. Adopted children and children of a sponsored spouse can also be included or sponsored separately.
The details that matter
Custody consent from the other parent, proof of the parent-child relationship, and correctly locking in the child's age at the right time are the make-or-break details in these files. We manage each one explicitly.
How we help
Full sponsorship and PR application preparation, including documentation for adoption cases and situations involving separated parents.
