BC Provincial Nominee Program
The local pathway, and we're based right here in B.C.
Why the BC PNP matters
A BC PNP nomination linked to Express Entry adds 600 CRS points to your profile, effectively guaranteeing a federal invitation to apply. B.C. selects candidates through the Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS), a 200-point grid where your hourly wage, directly related experience, education, language ability and job location all count.
Current priorities
B.C.'s program currently concentrates on Care, Build and Innovate priorities, healthcare and childcare occupations, construction trades, and high-impact talent, with regular targeted draws and a strong preference for jobs outside Metro Vancouver. Cut-off scores move draw to draw, so registration strategy matters as much as eligibility.
