Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Your Canadian work experience is your strongest asset.
Who qualifies
The CEC is for temporary workers and former international students with at least 12 months of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in Canada within the last three years, in a TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupation, plus the required language level, CLB 7 for TEER 0/1 jobs and CLB 5 for TEER 2/3.
Why CEC candidates do well
Canadian experience earns strong CRS points on its own and again through skill-transferability combinations. Many of our CEC clients are PGWP holders, timing matters, because you must apply while your experience and status are still fresh. We map your deadline and build the application around it.
Common pitfalls we prevent
Mismatched NOC codes between your reference letters and your claimed occupation, self-employment counted by mistake, and gaps in status are the usual reasons CEC files fail. Every reference letter in our files is checked against the NOC lead statement and duties before submission.
