GCMS Notes (ATIP Request)
Find out what the officer really thought.
What GCMS notes are
GCMS notes are the internal case records IRCC officers keep on your application, including the reasoning behind refusals that the standard letter only summarizes in template language. They're obtained through an access-to-information request.
Why the interpretation matters
The notes are dense, abbreviated and full of system codes. The value isn't the PDF, it's understanding which concern actually sank the file, so the reapplication fixes the real problem.
How we help
We arrange the request, interpret the notes with you line by line, and design the reapplication or response strategy based on what they reveal.
